It is very rare if ever at all that I recommend a particular detailing company. I have to make the exception in regards to Maximum Steel Detailing. Their team on many occasions has not only delivered a product when promised, but has gone above and beyond more than any other detailing firm has done for me. The following are just a few highlights.
- Delivered ABM’s when promised.
- Multiple phone conversations with the EOR, Architect and General Contractor which they assisted in value engineering solutions to help Schuff Steel and the Erector find cost effective solutions to design issues.
- No change orders ever came our way – If Schuff was to pay out of our pocket there was no extras. They absorbed many costs that I have seen other detailers take total advantage of.
- When they did make a mistake they assumed total responsibility and alerted Schuff Steel immediately, and provided a fix the very same day.
- Shop Questions were answered same day in almost every case.
